Frontflip

It is good to master this trick on the trampoline. After taking off fly with arms up. At the peak of your jump, bring your body to your knees. Be quick.
Start with forward rolls from running into the soft mat. Continue with dive rolls to overcome the fear. Frontflip is easier from running up or jumping up and less tiring from jumping from the obstacle.

Frequent mistakes: Your arms are not over your head but forward. Body wrapping too early. Weak bounce.
